CoachWarrior is intended for use by adults. By creating an account, you confirm you are legally able to enter into these terms.

CoachWarrior is a tool to help coaches and clients organize workouts, nutrition, and communication. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, dietary, or health advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions. Coaches using this platform are responsible for the advice and programs they give their clients — CoachWarrior does not review, endorse, or guarantee the safety or suitability of any content created by coaches.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of information (such as workout plans and nutrition targets) they provide to clients through the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content

6. Early access

CoachWarrior is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product develops. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes, but the platform is provided "as is" during this stage without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

CoachWarrior is provided as a communication and organizational tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of workout plans, nutrition targets, or advice exchanged through the platform. Users participate in any coaching activity at their own risk.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CoachWarrior evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
